North Country Development, LLC has been a family owned and operated business since 2006 in the Grand Rapids, MN area. Our goal is to continue to provide housing and rental properties to accommodate our growing community.
Along with rental apartments, we also own and manage the Forest Lake Motel and North Country Storage.
