North Country Development, LLC has been a family owned and operated business since 2006 in the Grand Rapids, MN area. Our goal is to continue to provide housing and rental properties to accommodate our growing community.
Along with rental apartments, we also own and manage the Forest Lake Motel and North Country Storage.
Erik & Cassie have lived in Illinois, Montana, Wisconsin, and now Minnesota. They have three sons and enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible to make memories camping, kayaking, hiking, and biking.
Northern Minnesota had been their favorite vacation destination for years before moving to the Grand Rapids area to manage properties for the Nelson family. They enjoy helping people find the right kind of housing to fit their budget and personal preferences, and look forward to serving the Grand Rapids area for years yet to come.
